Uber India authorities said on Tuesday that India was in the fourth phase of lockdown to prevent the spread of the coronavirus outbreak. According to Indian media outlet NDTV, Uber India's parent company Uber Technologies last week announced a 23 percent layoff to stay in a lucrative position.
