The Facebook-owned company recently announced on its official Twitter handle that a new update has been rolled out. Whatsapp Finally Rolling out animated Stickers and QR Code features

This new update is available in both Android and iOS versions. If you want to use animated stickers or QR codes on WhatsApp, you need to go to Play Store (v2.20194.16) or App Store (v2.20.70) to update to the latest version.

Then go to the application and click on the emoji icon to use the new animated sticker. Then click on the (+) icon and then the sticker store will open. You can then download and use the animated sticker pack. Here you will find 5 animated sticker packs, one or two of which you may have seen before on Facebook. You can also go to the app settings and see the QR code next to your name and profile option.
