OnePlus's Hydrogen OS 11 adds Several new Features, including Always On Display: Premium phone maker OnePlus has unveiled a new version of their Android-based Hydrogen OS. Always on Display - The theme of Always On Display is designed by OnePlus in collaboration with Parsons College of America. With this update, users will be able to see the total number of times the phone has been unlocked while unlocking the phone.
Gallery App - This new update has changed the design of the gallery as well as added video and photo editing features.
Weather App - OnePlus has a pre-installed Weather app on its phone, and as the update arrives, there will be new animations and backgrounds.
Dark Mode - Hydrogen OS 11 will have a shortcut option to turn on Dark Mode. Users also get the benefit of turning on Dark Mode automatically at certain times of the day or night.
Other updates include the new ORM Memory Management System. This system is capable of running a large number of applications without the additional use of RAM In this update, the one-handed mode has also been given for one-handed phone use The phone's meditation mode features some new themes as well as the ability to convert speech to text with voice note improvements.
According to IT Home, users of phones released before the One Plus 6 will not receive this update. The first beta version of Hydrogen OS 11 is currently being released in China for the One Plus 8 and 8 Pro models. The update is expected to reach all supported devices by the end of this year.

It uses different shades of black to highlight information and supports time-based activation. OnePlus has also added a dark mode toggle in the quick settings panel.
