Samsung conducted a study that found that 69% of Gen Z users do not want to show their smartphone photos, apps, or private chats to family or anyone else.

In this case, with the help of AltZLife, Samsung smartphone users can turn on a private mode from a normal mode by double-clicking on the power button. In addition to the on-device AI function, it will suggest users move their personal data to a secure folder. This on-device AI function allows the phone to run all processing without the need for interaction with any server or cloud. Samsung AltZLife mode will have two features - quick switch and content suggestion.

In this context, the Samsung AltZLife feature has been developed by a team of young engineers from Samsung's Bangalore and Noida R&D Institute. With the Quick Switch feature, a customer can easily go from a general gallery to a private gallery, or from a simple WhatsApp to a secret WhatsApp by double-clicking the power button. It's a lot like Xiaomi's second space feature. However, the personal version of these apps will be protected by Samsung Knox in the Secure folder of the Galaxy smartphone. The content suggestion feature is the AI-based app in Secure Folder. Here users can select specific images or other folders and put them in Secure Folder.

Users will need authentication to use the Samsung AltZLife mode. Which will be very different from the normal unlocking system of the phone. However, no such authentication is required to return to normal mode. It is learned that the AltZLife feature will be offered to Samsung's Exiting users and users of the new Galaxy A71 and Galaxy A51 through a software update.
