It is learned that the Samsung Galaxy S21 series will have three models, S21, S21 Plus, and S21 Ultra. The Galaxy S21 will be available in the market with Samsung's own Exynos 2100 and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 875 chipset. However, the Galaxy S21, which comes with the Exynos 2100 processor, maybe less powerful than the Snapdragon 65 processor.

A couple of months ago, the Galaxy S21 was integrated with the Exynos 2100 chipset on the benchmark platform GeekBench. The Galaxy S21 phone with Snapdragon 875 chipset has been seen in this Geekbench recently. Notably, the Galaxy S21 has scored more points than the Exynos 2100 with Snapdragon 875 chipset in the single and multi-core tests on GeekBench.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 with SM-G996U model number with Snapdragon 85 chipset scored 1120 points and 3319 points in single and multi-core tests respectively. The Exynos 2100 processor scored 1036 points in the single-core test and 3060 points in the multi-core test. However, it is important to remember that the performance of the launch device may not match the benchmark of the prototype model. According to the leaked information, the Snapdragon 875 chipset built on a 5 nm processing node will have 1 + 3 + 4 CPU core arrangement. This tri-cluster CPU configuration includes an X1 high-performance core at 2.84 GHz clock speed, three Cortex-A78 cores with 2.42 GHz speed, and four Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8 GHz. This chipset will have Adreno 660 as GPU.
