OPPO Reno 5 Pro 5G to be launched soon, will have MediaTek Dimension 1000 Plus Processor

OPPO Reno 5 Pro 5G is coming to India soon. The phone could be launched in the country with MediaTek Dimension 1000 Plus processor. Tipster Mukul Sharma hinted at that in his tweet. Although not just Mukul Sharma, Taslim Arif, Vice President, and Head, Oppo India Research and Development, indirectly announced the launch of Oppo Renault 5 Pro 5G in India for the first time. However, neither of them said exactly when the phone will be launched in India.

Mukul Sharma wrote in his tweet, ' OPPO Reno 5 series has received a huge response in China. The wait for its launch in India is unbearable. I am in doubt that Reno 5 Pro 5G will come with MediaTek Dimension 1000 Plus or another processor in India. The phone was launched in China with a Dimension 1000 Plus processor.

The Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G phone has been launched in China with two storage variants. Its 8 GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at 3399 Yuan (about Rs. 38,280) and 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at 3,799 Yuan (around Rs. 42,780). The phone is available in Starry Dream, Aurora Blue, Moon Night Black, and Star Wish Red.

The Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G phone has a 6.55-inch Full HD Plus OLED display. Its pixel resolution is 2400x1080 and the refresh rate is 90 Hz. It has a 4,350 mAh battery. Which supports 85-watt flash charging (SuperVOOC 2.0). The company claims that the phone can run for 4 hours on a 5-minute charge. It uses a MediaTek Dimension 1000 Plus processor. There is ARM G77 as GPU. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.

The OPPO Reno 5 Pro 5G phone has four cameras on the back. There is a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-angle camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel portrait camera. The phone has a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. The phone will run on an Android 11 based color OS 11.1 interface.
